We are a referral service

Septic Hamilton passes service requests to independent contractors. The contractor is responsible for their quote, their work, their permits and their warranty. Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor.

Guides, prices and calculators

The guides explain Ontario septic rules and practice in plain language, with links to official sources, reviewed on the date shown. They are general information, not engineering or legal advice. Price ranges and calculator results are typical figures for the area, in Canadian dollars before tax; they are not quotes. Your system, soil, access and permit requirements decide the real price.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on it or from work done by a contractor we referred.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
