How it works
How Septic Hamilton works
One short form, one local licensed contractor, no cost to you.
1. You send one request
Use the request form. Tell us the service (pumping, inspection, a new system, a bed replacement, a repair, a holding tank or a cistern), the town or road, and how urgent it is. A few details about the tank help: when it was last pumped, whether you know where the lid is, and whether anything is backing up.
2. We match it to a local contractor
We send your request to a contractor who services your area and does that kind of work. Pumping goes to a licensed hauler; design, installation and bed replacement go to a qualified installer. We do not blast your details to a list of companies.
3. The contractor contacts you
They call or email to confirm the details and give you a price. You deal with them directly from there: booking, payment, warranty and any permit work.
What it costs
Nothing for homeowners. Contractors pay us for introductions. Prices are set by the contractor, and the ranges on this site come from published Ontario pricing and contractor quotes, not from a markup.
Emergencies
If sewage is backing up into the house, stop running water, keep people and pets away from it, and say it is an emergency on the form. If there is an immediate health or safety risk, call 911.
Your information
We share your request only with the contractor we match it to, and only to answer it. See the privacy policy.
